7 Days To Die 1.0 Patch Notes Include Content Roadmap And Current-Gen Launch Date

The Fun Pimps’ open-world survival-horror game 7 Days To Die has finally left early access behind (after over a decade of development) with the release of the 1.0 update.

The 1.0 patch notes include a number of interesting additions to character creation and gameplay, but they also reveal when current-gen console ports are scheduled to arrive, along with a tentative roadmap for the game’s future.

According to an official blog post detailing the changes that the 1.0 update has brought to the game, 7 Days To Die has also released a list of important dates players will want to keep an eye on, including the date the game will come to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The game’s developer has noted that “some dates are still subject to change,” but others are set in stone. The current schedule is listed below:

  • June 21: 7 Days to Die 1.0 Experimental–Streamer Weekend Steam
  • June 24: 7 Days to Die 1.0 Experimental–Public Experimental Steam
  • June 28 (tentative): Console Edition 1.0–Wishlisting PS5 & Xbox Series X|S

Destiny 2's Anniversary Update Is A Depressing Cap To 10 Years

I’m standing in the Skywatch area of the Cosmodrome, Old Russia, in Destiny 2, with a few other random players, and we’re waiting for enemies to spawn. A Hive Tomb ship appears in the sky right over my head and drops off exactly two enemies, and I blast away at them with a machine gun Come from Soccer 13 pools and matches . The other players sprint over, swooping in like hawks, but I manage to snag the two kills before they can, so they jump back onto rooftops and boulders to wait for the next batch of baddies and try again. A lot of long, boring seconds pass before any more enemies spawn and we all repeat the scramble.

I’m shooting these particular fish in this particular barrel because it’s a requirement to unlock the Legend title, a social marker of in-game achievements that appears beneath your name. Another player getting a kill means I don’t, so we’re all competing against each other to spend the least amount of time here. Developer Bungie added this title to the game in honor of the 10th anniversary of the original Destiny, and the objective I’m working on is a joking nod to the early day…
